Remarks Patek Philippe, Genève 18K solid yellow gold OF SW 46mm round pocket watch. Irregular matching serial on both movement, case and cuvette, modified with an additional 1 to the end. According to PPPP research, the original serial per period should be 165834 which dates the watch to around 1913 accordingly.
